Arsene Wenger to cash in on Theo Walcott?
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will reportedly listen to offers for England international Theo Walcott during the winter transfer window.
The 28-year-old is the longest-serving player at the Emirates having joined the club from Southampton as a 16-year-old back in January 2006.
Walcott has since racked 107 goals in 388 outings in all competitions, but he has become more of a fringe player this year with limited action in the Premier League.
The attacker has managed just 47 minutes of action in the English top-flight with his only starts coming in the League Cup and Europa League games.
According to TeamTalk, Wenger is prepared to gain a sizeable package from Walcott's sale with his contract expiring in under two year's time.
Arsenal have recently risked both Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil for the final year of their contracts, and Wenger wants to prevent a similar instance with Walcott, who has slipped down the pecking order.
The likes of Alex Iwobi and Aaron Ramsey have been preferred in the attacking role of late with Mesut Ozil recovering from a minor knee injury.
