Liverpool to sign Ousmane Dembele?
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly maintaining his interest in Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele with a view to bolstering the club's frontline.
Dembele only joined Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund in a £97m plus move last summer but his future has come under consideration following an injury-plagued spell.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp is keen on recruiting the 21-year-old despite the player having four more years left on his Blaugrana contract.
It is added that the Catalan giants are likely to demand a £100m plus sum for the Frenchman, though the Reds are hoping to secure a temporary agreement for the attacker.
Dembele, who is currently with the France national team, has also been linked with Arsenal in recent weeks, but the north London outfit are yet to make any approach for the former Dortmund ace.
Liverpool have already shown their transfer awareness in the market by pursuing a surprise deal for Fabinho from AS Monaco and Klopp appears determined to enhance his side's title prospects next term.
