Napoli to sign Petr Cech?
Napoli are reportedly considering a deal for Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech with the Gunners actively seeking his replacement between the sticks.
The 36-year-old has made over 100 appearances for the Gunners after his switch from Stamford Bridge but he has come for stick for his performances over the past year.
As such, the north Londoners have already begun the search for a suitable replacement and Bayer Leverkusen's Bernd Leno is presently the prime target to take up the number one role.
Should this be the case, Cech could be tempted to pursue a fresh challenge this summer and according to The Mirror, he could be reunited with former Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti at Napoli.
Arsenal's second-choice goalkeeper David Ospina has also been linked with a possible exit from the Emirates Stadium this summer and it will be interesting how the transfer saga unfolds in the coming weeks.
Cech, who has a year remaining on his Gunners deal, was recently rewarded with the number one jersery at the club much to the anguish of a few supporters.
