Everton eyeing deals for Premier League duo
New Everton manager Marco Silva has reportedly set his sights on signing Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Jack Wilshere from Chelsea and Arsenal respectively this summer.
Loftus-Cheek is presently at the summer World Cup with England after impressing on a season-long loan with Crystal Palace from Chelsea but he has yet to establish himself at Stamford Bridge.
On the other hand, Wilshere was a regular for the Gunners under Arsene Wenger last term but he has decided to leave them on a free transfer next month after failing to receive the assurance of a similar gametime under new boss Unai Emery.
According to The Mirror, both Silva and director of football Marcel Brands are keen on signing the midfield duo and believe the pair can transform the club into a top-six outfit.
Everton made a bad judgement with signings last summer which cost them during the first half of the campaign but they will be expecting better luck this time around with Silva promising to adopt an attacking and attractive style of football.
