Manchester United considering move for Real Madrid midfielder

Manchester United are considering a move for Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos, according to Mirror Football.

Under David Moyes, Manchester United tried but failed to sign the former Bayern Munich player.

It is understood that United are considering a big money move for the World Cup winner.

Jose Mourinho has spoken to the United hierarchy about a move for the player that can partner Frenchman Paul Pogba in the United midfield.

United have already completed the signing of Brazilian midfielder Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk for a fee reported to be £47m.

Despite United's intention to sign the player, Real Madrid are reportedly are not interested in selling the midfielder.

Kroos was an integral part of the Real Madrid team as they won the UEFA Champions League three times in a row.

Kroos recently crashed out of the World Cup with the German national team, but scored a stunning freekick in the 95th minute to help the Germans to win their second group game against Sweden.
