Chelsea quote Willian price amid Barcelona interest

FA Cup holders Chelsea are understood to demand at least £70m if they are to part ways with Willian during the current transfer window.

The Brazil international has propped up on the Barcelona radar over the past few weeks and a recent report from The Express has suggested that the Catalans have already failed with an opening £50m bid for the attacker.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Willian could still head to the Camp Nou this summer but the Blues are now said to have placed a £70m price tag on the player's head which has been deemed 'too high' by the Spanish champions.

League rivals Manchester United have also been credited with an interest in the former Shakhtar Donetsk man but any move may depend on the potential departure of Anthony Martial.

Martial's agent has already highlighted that the Frenchman is no longer a regular under Jose Mourinho and the next few weeks could give an idea on where the 22-year-old's future lies.
