Richarlison: 'I'll be grateful for life to Marco'
Everton's new signing Richarlison has said that he will forever be grateful to boss Marco Silva for bringing him to England from Brazil.
He made this known after scoring twice in Everton's 2-2 draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
While he was the manager of Watford, Marco Silva bought Richarlison from Brazilian side Fluminense for £11.5m. After joining Everton this summer, Silva signed him again from Watford for £40m.
Speaking to BT Sport, he said: "I look to Marco like a father, he took me from Brazil to England [Watford]. I'll be grateful for life to Marco."
Alongside Richarlison, Everton also signed Yerry Mina, Andre Gomes, Lucas Digne and Bernard. Kurt Zouma has also joined on loan from Chelsea.
This Wolves clash is Richarlison's first competitive game for the Toffees - and apart from the Brazilian, Digne was the other player who made his debut for the Merseyside club.
Everton will face Tottenham Hotspur in their next Premier League game.
