Brazilian forward Neymar is reportedly regretting his world-record switch to to Paris Saint-Germain and wants a potential return to Barcelona.

The 26-year-old scored 105 goals in 186 appearances for Barcelona between 2013 and 2017 before sealing his £198m move to the French champions last summer.

Since then, the Brazilian has netted 32 times in 35 appearances for the Ligue 1 holders but there has still been the speculation that he is unsettled in the French capital.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Neymar is said to regret his move to Paris and is also not pleased with the emergence of Kylian Mbappe over the past year.

As such, he is seemingly desperate to return to the Camp Nou, though Barcelona don't seem interested in signing him after their spending in recent transfer windows.

The likes of Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele have been recruited since the departure of Neymar and the latter has taken up the left-wing role which the Brazilian had assumed.

Dembele's future had been called into question after an average first season but he has come into the new campaign with a bang with three goals and an assist in just four matches.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are reported to be monitoring the former Santos graduate and they could emerge as the attacker's next destination, should Les Parisiens sanction his sale.
