Manchester United to loan out Alexis Sanchez?

Manchester United are reportedly looking at the possibility of loaning out Alexis Sanchez, who has simply failed to impress since his switch from Arsenal last year.

The Chile international was regarded as a marquee signing after his move from the Emirates Stadium in January 2018 but he has failed to meet his expectations with just five goals from 41 appearances for the club.

According to The Sun, Sanchez is fighting for his future with the Mancunian giants with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer unlikely to consider him in his plans, should he get the permanent managerial role next term.

Still, United are unlikely to offload Sanchez on a permanent basis due to his hefty wages and it is suggested that they may resort to a temporary agreement instead.

Sanchez has been out of action since suffering a knee injury last month and reports have indicated that he may not feature for the Red Devils for the rest of the season.
