Jurgen Klopp admits injury concerns ahead of Bayern Munich game
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has admitted that the club are facing a few injury concerns ahead of the midweek Champions League clash against Bayern Munich on the road.
The Reds were without James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for the recent 4-2 league win over Burnley and Klopp has now confirmed that Trent Alexander-Arnold has picked up a minor muscular concern.
Speaking after the Clarets game, the German tactician said that the Englishman was substituted due to an injury picked in the closing stages against Burnley but he should recover in time for the Bayern clash.
Similarly, Milner is said to have sustained a minor hamstring problem which kept him out of the weekend Premier League clash but Klopp refused to provide assurances where the midfielder will return against Bayern.
Aside from the duo, Oxlade-Chamberlain remains the other main player out of contention but the Englishman may not be rushed into a comeback after the serious knee injury picked up during the backend of last season.
