Chelsea identify two targets to replace Eden Hazard this summer

Chelsea are understood to have identified a couple of targets to replace Eden Hazard despite them being under a transfer ban for the moment.
The Blues are banned from signing players for two transfer windows but they have appealed regarding the same to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
According to The Mail, the west London side are looking into a potential replacement for Hazard, who sealed his permanent move to Real Madrid this week.
It is added that Bayer Leverkusen's Leon Bailey and Ajax's David Neres have been identified as the leading targets but neither are likely to come on the cheap this summer.
Bailey has been widely regarded as one of the best young talents in the Bundesliga and reports indicate that Leverkusen may demand at least £80m to sanction his sale.
On the other hand, Neres is said to be valued in upwards of £50m and the Blues could face direct competition from arch-rivals Arsenal to secure his signaure.
