Dybala back on United radar

Manchester United have reportedly made contact with Juventus regarding a potential deal for Argentine attacker Paulo Dybala this summer.

The Argentine has been linked with a move to Old Trafford in the past few years and it appears that the club are now looking at the possibility of signing him.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Red Devils are said to have made 'initial contact' with the Bianconeri over the potential availability of Dybala this summer.

The same publication claims that the Bianconeri may demand around £72m for the Argentine and that would represent a huge outlay for the Red Devils at the present situation.

The Mancunian giants have already spent around £66m on Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka and they are now expected to use most of the remaining budget to land Harry Maguire.

The Leicester City ace has been valued at around £90m and reports suggest that the club may not be able to afford another big-name signing, unless they can recoup funds from player sales.

Dybala has contributed 78 goals during his time with the Bianconeri, but last season was a particular disappointment as he netted just five times from 30 Serie A appearances.
