Leaked pictures confirm Arsenal signing of Nicolas Pepe

Lille forward Nicolas Pepe arrived in North London yesterday to negotiate his contract with Arsenal and undergo a medical ahead of his transfer move to the Gunners. In an exclusive shot, a video surfaced showing Pepe wearing his new team's shirt and all but confirms the forward will move to the club in a £72 million transfer deal.

Despite being given a limited transfer budget it appears Arsenal will be very active in the transfer market this summer, having already signed William Saliba, Dani Ceballos and now Nicolas Pepe will be added to the squad.

Pepe bagged 22 goals in Ligue 1 last year and is considered one of Europe's brightest young prospects and is a major coup for Arsenal.

It is understood the forward will partner with Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for the upcoming season and that the Ivory Coast international will put pen to paper on a five year deal with the Gunners.

Arsenal have beaten Napoli and late interest from Spanish side Atletico Madrid in completing the signing of Pepe.
