Chelsea set asking price for Olivier Giroud?
Chelsea have reportedly set a £8.5m asking price for striker Olivier Giroud amid the interest from the likes of Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid in his services.
Giroud has only six months remaining on his Blues deal and he is said to be desperate for a fresh move to enhance their playing time.
According to The Guardian, Frank Lampard's side are open to the prospect of selling the striker but interested clubs must meet their transfer demands.
The same outlet claims that the Capital outfit have set a £8.5m price tag for the former Arsenal man, who has featured seven times for the club this term.
Giroud is currently behind the likes of Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi in the pecking order for the centre-forward role in any competition.
Lampard has recently indicated that the Blues won't need a replacement for Giroud but there are still a few conditions that need to be met for the striker's exit.
