Man Utd eyeing surprise move for Norwich striker Teemu Pukki
Manchester United have reportedly expressed their interest in signing Norwich City striker Teemu Pukki, according to Independent.
The Red Devils are desperate to sign a new striker before the deadline day, and the Finnish striker has emerged as their new target.
The report also states Mancunians are also interested in Napoli star Dries Mertens however Chelsea appear to be the frontrunners for his signature.
Pukki has racked up 11 goals and 3 assists in Premier League this season even though the Canaries are the bottom most club in the table. He was also influential behind their promotion last term, ending up as the Championship's top scorer.
It is said that the Canaries will not let the 28-year-old leave at any cost given that they are fighting to get out of the relegation.
United have announced the signing of Bruno Fernandes as the Portuguese midfielder remains the only signing in the January transfer window until now.
