Max Allegri prefers Premier League move amidst Serie A interest
Max Allegri is reportedly favouring a move to the Premier League instead of Serie A, according to The Sun.
The Italian gaffer is currently on a managerial hiatus after getting dethroned from Juventus last summer.
Allegri has been linked with a host of clubs regarding his managerial return, but he is said to have made the English top flight his priority.
The report states that the ex-AC Milan manager has a deal in place with a top club in the Premier League while the name remains anonymous.
Allegri is also said to have rejected a chance to return to the Rossoneri.. Juve’s current manager Maurizio Sarri finds himself in the hot seat after a string of unimpressive results in recent fixtures, allowing Inter to supersede them in the Serie A title race.
Allegri was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United and Arsenal last year however the latter one went on to recruit Mikel Arteta.
The Red Devils are also said to be contemplating about Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s successor, with Mauricio Pochettino leading the line.
