Manchester United have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Andrea Belotti from Torino during the next transfer window.

The Italy international has been in good form for the Serie A side this term and he has netted 15 goals from 31 games across all competitions.

Premier League side Everton have already been credited with an interest in his services and they are believed to have failed with an initial bid of around £40m.

Amidst this, Calciomercato claims that the Red Devils have been informed of the player's availability through 'intermediaries' but the club have yet to make any approach.

United are not actively looking to sign a new striker ahead of next season and they have still been linked with high-profile names including Harry Kane and Erling Haaland.

Belotti has been previously valued by Torino at £80m but the club are likely to accept a lesser sum for his sale, particularly with the financial impact due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The striker has around two years remaining on his Torino contract.
