United positive of Sancho deal

Manchester United are reportedly positive about their prospects of signing Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund in the next transfer window.

The Red Devils have been regularly linked with Sancho over the past few months, but they have yet to make a formal approach to secure his services.

A recent report claimed that the club may only be willing to spend £50m for the England international and that is supposedly far off from Dortmund's £100m valuation.

However, according to The Athletic, that does not appear the case and it is suggested that United are prepared in excess of that figure to sign the former Manchester City graduate.

Sancho has an exceptional season with Dortmund recently and he managed to register 20 goals and 20 assists across all competitions. He has only two years remaining on his contract, but Dortmund are reluctant to sell him on the cheap.

Aside from Sancho, United have recently been linked with the likes of Adama Traore and Ousmane Dembele. The duo have been identified as potential alternatives, should they fail to land the Dortmund attacker.
