Arsenal to sign Spanish midfielder in the next 24 hours
Arsenal have agreed to re-sign midfielder Dani Ceballos on loan from Real Madrid and the deal could be officially announced in the next 24 hours.
The Spaniard made 37 appearances for the Gunners last term and he was impressive during the backend of the season where he formed a solid partnership with Granit Xhaka.
Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has previously stated that he would like to retain the services of Ceballos and his wish has been granted with the club agreeing to re-sign him for a second straight season on loan.
According to Goal.com, the 24-year-old has already arrived in the English capital and his temporary transfer could be announced in the next 24 hours.
It is added that he will go into compulsory quarantine for the next fornight, and may make his debut against West Ham United on September 20.
Ceballos is the club's third signing of the summer after the arrivals of Willian and Gabriel Magalhaes, the former joining them on a free transfer.
