Chelsea open to selling Jorginho to Arsenal
Chelsea are open to selling Jorginho to Arsenal such that they can recoup additional funds for the purchase of Declan Rice.
The Blues have already spent more than £220m on seven players and they want one more marquee signing before the deadline.
It is widely known that Frank Lampard is keen on landing the services of Rice, but he won't come on the cheap.
The Hammers may be tempted to sell him for around £70m and reports claim that the Blues will have to sell players to recoup funds.
It is added that Jorginho could be one of the high-profile players heading for the exit door amid the interest from the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta's side have so far failed in their pursuit of Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar and it is claimed that Jorginho is a back-up choice.
Jorginho has experienced a mixed set of fortunes with the Blues. He was an unused substitute in the 3-3 draw at West Brom on Saturday.
