Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirms injury doubt for Manchester United
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that Victor Lindelof is a huge doubt for the Premier League clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Sweden international started in the right-back position for the 2-2 draw against Leicester City, but he was substituted after the hour mark as he was struggling with a back problem.
Speaking ahead of the Wolves clash, Solskjaer has revealed that the 26-year-old has not returned to training and is still receiving treatment for his nagging back issue.
"Victor didn’t train this morning [Monday] so we’ll give him 24 hours. He’s still getting treatment," He was quoted as saying by the club's official website.
The Red Devils are currently fourth on the Premier League table with 27 points, five behind leaders Liverpool, who have played a game more than them.
With the match between Everton and Manchester City postponed due to coronavirus cases, United have the chance to go second in the standings with a victory over Wolves.
