Chelsea striker offered to Real Madrid?
The agent of Olivier Giroud has reportedly offered the striker's services to Real Madrid.
Giroud, 34, has been with the Blues since January 2018 and he has proved a quality signing with 37 goals and 14 assists from 105 games.
His current deal with the club expires at the end of the season and there are suggestions that he could explore a fresh challenge in another league.
According to Defensa Central, Giroud is willing to leave the Blues in the summer and his agent has contacted Real Madrid over a free transfer.
Zinedine Zidane's side will pursue a new marksman in the summer with Luka Jovic, now on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt, failing to impress.
While Giroud has fared impressively for the Blues this term, it is highly unlikely that the Spanish champions will attempt to land him.
They are focused on long-term targets and are keen on signing either Kylian Mbappe or Erling Braut Haaland ahead of next season.
Giroud is the Blues' top scorer this term with nine goals from 17 appearances.
