Arsenal interested in Achraf Hakimi?
Arsenal hold an interest in signing Achraf Hakimi from Inter Milan in the summer, a report from The Athletic claims.
The Morocco international joined Inter on a permanent deal from Real Madrid last summer following two seasons on loan at Borussia Dortmund.
He has made an instant impact with six goals and five assists in all competitions, but there are still doubts regarding his future.
The Nerazzurri signed him from Los Blancos for £36m, but they were unable to pay the first instalment of £9m earlier last month.
Zinedine Zidane's side have agreed to postpone the payment date until March, but Inter are still in a tight financial situation.
The club recently reported losses of around £95m for the last financial year and reports claim that Hakimi could be sold in the summer.
It is added that the Gunners are long-term admirers of the Moroccan, but they may have to pay at least £40m, if the versatile defender is up for sale.
Hakimi can play in both full-back and wing-back positions, but he is seen as a potential competitor to Hector Bellerin at right-back.
