Kepa Arrizabalaga speaks on his Chelsea future

Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga has said that he never thought of leaving the Blues amid his reduced game time.
The Spaniard has struggled to find the consistency with his shot-stopping during his time with the Blues and he is now the back-up goalkeeper.
Under new boss Thomas Tuchel, he was able to start back-to-back games recently but the German clarified that Edouard Mendy remains the first choice.
Speaking to Cadena COPE, Kepa acknowledged that things were difficult at the start of the season but he had no thoughts of leaving the club.
"Three months ago things were difficult. It has been a complicated year for a number of reasons. But I have never thought about leaving Chelsea," He told.
"I feel good after my period of inactivity. I hope to play more and I am no longer afraid and want to play an important part for Chelsea."
Arrizabalaga was a surprise starter ahead of Mendy for the Blues' Premier League win over Newcastle United on Monday night.
Following the game, Tuchel said that Mendy was only given a breather and he is expected to return in goal against Southampton this weekend.
Chelsea are presently fourth in the league standings with 42 points but are only ahead of West Ham United by virtue of goal difference.
