Arsenal open talks to sign 21-year-old French defender
Arsenal have reportedly opened negotiations with the agent of Eintracht Frankfurt defender Evan N'Dicka over a possible move this summer.
The 21-year-old has been a key player for the Bundesliga outfit and he has featured on the left side of a back three this season.
According to The Express, the Gunners have been closely monitoring him and they have now made contact with his agent.
The player is also on the radar of Tottenham Hotspur, but the Gunners are optimistic of pushing through a deal.
Mikel Arteta's side have a good relationship with his representative, who helped them sign Nicolas Pepe from Lille.
Frankfurt are willing to sell the centre-back for around £19m amid their financial troubles due to COVID-19.
The Gunners already have two left-footed centre-backs in Gabriel Magalhaes and Pablo Mari in their first-team squad.
Mari has been linked with a potential move to Villarreal this summer and N'Dicka could be a direct replacement for the Spaniard.
