England confirm injury blow for Arsenal attacker
England have confirmed that Bukayo Saka won't play any part in the World Cup qualifiers against Albania and Poland due to a hamstring injury.
Saka was substituted against Tottenham Hotspur this month with a minor hamstring issue and he subsequently missed the Olympiacos game.
However, he returned to the field for the Gunners against West Ham United last weekend where he played for nearly 75 minutes.
Saka was recently left out of the Three Lions' clash versus San Marino as a precautionary measure for a hamstring problem.
The FA have now confirmed that he won't feature for the national side in the remaining qualifiers against Albania and Poland this month.
Saka has been a crucial player for the Gunners this term and he has bagged six goals and six assists across all competitions.
The Gunners recently registered a stunning draw against the Hammers from 3-0 down and Saka was far from his best.
The attacker squandered one clear-cut scoring chance and it was probably due to him not being 100 percent fit.
The fans will be hoping that he can regain full fitness ahead of next weekend's Premier League clash against Liverpool.
