Liverpool favourites to sign former Arsenal forward
Liverpool are reportedly favourites to land the signature of PSV Eindhoven forward Donyell Malen this summer.
The former Arsenal graduate has been in fine form for the Dutch giants this term, registering 25 goals and nine assists from 41 appearances.
His form has caught the eye of AC Milan and Barcelona, but Voetbal International claims that the Reds are leading the queue.
Malen spent a couple of years with the Gunners between 2015 and 2017 before he joined PSV. He has bagged 53 goals from 112 games for them.
He was reportedly valued at around £50m at the beginning of last year, but his price has been halved amid PSV's financial concerns.
The Reds are desperate to land a new striker this summer after a poor campaign for Roberto Firmino, who has netted just six goals this term.
Aside from Malen, they have also been linked with a possible move for Aston Villa forward Ollie Watkins after a promising season.
Watkins has bagged 14 goals in his debut Premier League campaign, which includes a hat-trick against the Reds in the stunning 7-2 win.
