Liverpool are prepared to part ways with defender Nathaniel Phillips for the right price this summer, The Sun reports.

Phillips enjoyed a regular run during the backend of the season after injuries to Virgil van DijkJoe Gomez and Joel Matip.

His performances have earned him plaudits from the manager, but it is reported that the club are still open to selling him.

Van Dijk, Gomez and Matip are all expected to return next season, which would significantly reduce the game time for Phillips.

The Merseyside outfit are prepared to sell him for around £10m with interest from several Premier League clubs ahead of the summer.

Phillips played 90 minutes in each of the last five Premier League games. The Reds won all of those matches to secure a top-four spot.

Aside from Phillips, the club are considering whether to trigger the buy clause in the loan contract of Schalke defender Ozan Kabak.

Elsewhere, Ben Davies could be sold this summer without making a single competitive appearance for the Merseyside giants.
