Manchester United very keen on signing Arsenal target
Manchester United are eager to land the signature of Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves this summer.
The Portugal international has been fancied to leave the Midlands outfit, with the club aiming to recoup funds for summer signings.
Arsenal have recently been linked with his services, but it appears that they could face stiff competition from United.
The Red Devils are long-term admirers of the midfielder, and they are 'very keen' on landing his signature ahead of their rivals.
The club are looking for a new defensive midfielder, and have also been linked with West Ham United's Declan Rice.
The England international could cost a staggering £100m. On the contrary, Neves could be available for just £35m.
United currently have Scott McTominay, Fred, Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba, who can operate in the holding midfield role.
Pogba's future remains uncertain with his contract expiring in 12 months while the club are open to parting ways with Nemanja Matic.
