Arsenal midfielder set to sign new four-year contract

Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka will put pen-to-paper on a new four-year contract, reputed journalist Fabrizio Romano claims.
The Swiss was fancied to join Roma earlier last month, but a deal failed to materialise between the clubs.
The Giallorossi offered around €13m for the midfielder which fell short of the reported €30m asking price.
Mikel Arteta recently confirmed that Xhaka will be staying, and the club are now expected to renew his deal.
He has two years remaining on his contract. He is expected to sign a two-year extension on an improved salary.
Meanwhile, the arrival of Xhaka could shelve the club's plans to recruit another central midfielder this summer.
Miguel Azeez has made a good impression in pre-season, and he could be promoted to the first-team next term.
The Gunners have one more pre-season friendly against Tottenham Hotspur before the new league campaign begins.
The club are scheduled to face newly-promoted Brentford on the road in the curtain-raiser on August 13th.
