Tottenham Hotspur make £60m move for Lautaro Martinez

Tottenham Hotspur have made a formal bid of around £60m for Arsenal target and Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez.
The Argentine had a superb 2020/21 season with the Nerazzurri, bagging 19 goals and 11 assists from 48 appearances.
He has since been linked with a possible move to the Premier League, and Eurosport claims that Spurs have made an approach.
The north London giants have placed a £60m bid on the table, but the Nerazzurri are reluctant to accept the proposal.
The club recently sanctioned the sale of Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea, and they don't want to lose another leading striker.
However, things could change in the coming weeks with Inter aiming to sign more than one centre-forward this summer.
They have already agreed to land Edin Dzeko on a free transfer from Roma, and are now looking at Atalanta's Duvan Zapata.
The club have also been credited with an interest in Fiorentina's Dusan Vlahovic, who bagged 21 goals in Serie A last term.
The arrival of Martinez could pave the way for Harry Kane's move to Manchester City. The deal could cost around £130m.
