Arsenal suffer midfielder injury blow, out for at least six weeks

Arsenal have suffered a fresh injury blow with midfielder Granit Xhaka likely to be sidelined for at least six weeks.
The Swiss picked up a knee injury against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, and was substituted 10 minutes from time.
Following the game, Gunners boss Mikel Arteta said that he was pretty worried about the setback, and the update is not good.
According to BLICK's Andreas Boeni, the 29-year-old midfielder has ruptured the inner ligament of his right knee.
He is expected to be on the sidelines for at least six to eight weeks, meaning that he won't return to action until the festive period.
The Gunners still have sufficient cover in the form of Albert Sambi Lokonga, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Mohamed Elneny.
Thomas Partey appears back to his best after a pre-season injury, and the club must keep him fit after the untimely setback for Xhaka.
The Gunners will be in action against Brighton & Hove Albion on the road this weekend. They will be eyeing a fourth straight league win.
