Ralf Rangnick to block Manchester United star's exit?
Manchester United manager Ralf Rangnick is expected to block the potential departure of Dean Henderson in January.
Henderson has made just two appearances this term with David de Gea being an undisputed choice in goal for the league games.
This has led to speculation over his future, and The Mirror claims that he is keen on moving on from the Mancunian giants.
However, he may need to wait until the end of the campaign with Rangnick reluctant to lose his prized asset in January.
While De Gea has excelled between the sticks, Rangnick is wary over the lack of quality if the Spaniard gets injured.
Tom Heaton has been a quality Premier League keeper over the years, but he barely played for Aston Villa in the last season.
Rangnick is not prepared to trust Heaton as the deputy shot-stopper, and prefers to keep Henderson for the whole campaign.
Meanwhile, Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard are free to leave for the right price when the transfer window reopens next month.
