Former Arsenal star Wilshere open to offers
Former Arsenal and England international midfielder Jack Wilshere is ready to make a return to football action on a permanent basis, having trained with the Gunners for the last two months. So far, no offer has been made by Mikel Arteta's side, but rumours continue to suggest Arsenal will table a short term offer shortly.
Having fallen out of favour at Arsenal, Wilshere went on to play for Bournemouth and West Ham, before injuries scuppered his chances of a new contract.
Wilshere has been training with the Emirates side, but there are still concerns that his match fitness is well off of what is required for Premier League football.
It is understood that the midfielder has impressed many at Arsenal with his determination, his fitness and his eagerness to return back to top flight football.
If a short-term deal at the Emirates were to materialise, it is understood that the contact would be on a pay-as-you-play basis.
In a recent interview, Wilshere quipped: "Jack Wilshere. Fit, ready and available for offers."
