La Liga defender has his sights on Chelsea transfer
Sevilla defender Jules Kounde is reportedly determined to join Chelsea when the transfer window reopens during the summer.
The centre-back was the Blues' main defensive target last summer, but they could not negotiate a suitable deal with the La Liga club.
They were willing to pay around £42 million up front, but Sevilla were adamant that they would not sell him for anything less than £60m.
The Blues are expected to revisit their interest soon as they could lose as many as three central defenders at the end of the ongoing campaign.
Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azpilicueta and Andreas Christensen have all entered the last five months of their deals, and could leave for nothing.
Kounde is said to welcome fresh interest from the Blues. Sevilla appear braced for his departure with a possible replacement being lined up.
Torino's Bremer is the number one target on their summer wishlist, but they could face competition from Bayern Munich and Newcastle United.
