Man Utd have their sights on landing Chelsea defender
Manchester United could look to sign Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger this summer, according to Daily Mail.
The German has less than four months remaining on his existing deal, and there has been no progress over an extension.
Ahead of the summer, it appears he could leave on a free transfer. United may convince him to stay in the Premier League.
Interim boss Ralf Rangnick is a huge admirer of Rudiger, and has urged the hierarchy to make an approach over the summer.
Rangnick will step down from his position in May, but he will then become an advisor, who could handle the transfer dealings.
Aside from Rudiger, the Red Devils have their sights on Barcelona star Ronald Araujo amid his ongoing contract stand-off.
He will enter the final year of his contract this summer. The Catalan giants are likely to sell him unless he pens a renewal.
Meanwhile, Eric Bailly, Phil Jones and Axel Tuanzebe are among centre-backs who could leave the Red Devils later this year.
