Mikel Arteta confirms Arsenal injury boost for Man Utd game
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that Takehiro Tomiyasu could make his comeback against Manchester United tomorrow.
The Gunners recently registered a stunning 4-2 Premier League victory at Chelsea which ended a run of three winless matches.
They now face another tough challenge against United. Ahead of the game, there has been a timely injury boost for the club.
Tomiyasu returned to training recently, and Arteta has said that he could be available if he feels good in the evening training session.
He told in today's press conference via Arsenal.com: "If he trains today and he feels good then he will be available tomorrow yes."
The Gunners are presently level on points with fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur, but their rivals have a superior goal difference.
They can potentially go to fourth with a point against the Red Devils, considering they are playing in tomorrow's early kick-off.
Spurs travel to Brentford in the late kick-off tomorrow. The Gunners can pile the pressure on them if they can get a positive result.
