Mikel Arteta updates on Bukayo Saka's fitness
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has said that Bukayo Saka will be assessed after being substituted against Manchester United.
The Gunners graduate suffered a knock against Chelsea in midweek, but he was deemed fit enough to start on Saturday.
However, he was unable to carry on for the entire game, and was replaced in the 74th minute with Rob Holding coming in.
Speaking after the 3-1 win over United, Arteta did not reveal the exact concern for the attacker, but said that he will be assessed.
He told Arsenal.com:"Bukayo was struggling even first half of the match, but he really wanted to do it, he had a big knock the other night and as soon as this he was struggling, so let’s see how he is."
Saka has been a key player for the Gunners this campaign, bagging 12 goals and five assists from 38 games across all competitions.
This has included penalty goals against Chelsea and United lately which have helped the club reclaim the fourth spot in the league.
