Arsenal want to sign Sergej Milinkovic-Savic
Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic this summer.
The Serbia international has been long linked with a Premier League move with Manchester United being his admirers.
United don't consider him as a priority for now, but Corriere dello Sport claims that he could still make the move to England.
Arsenal are keen on securing a suitable transfer agreement for the 27-year-old, and negotiations are due to begin.
The Gunners are planning to offer £42 million for the former Genk man, but the Serie A outfit are set to demand more.
They are likely to hold out for at least £51m upfront for the experienced star.
Milinkovic-Savic would be a top-class signing for the Gunners as he would provide much-needed creativity from the centre of the park.
His arrival could coincide with the departure of Granit Xhaka, who has been recently linked with a potential return to the Bundesliga.
Bayer Leverkusen are currently the front-runners to sign the Swiss.
