Newcastle are expected to continue a busy transfer window with a move for Bayer Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby and Leeds United attacker Jack Harrison. Newcastle are ready to spend as much as £100 million in pursuit of new signings this summer, with Sven Botman set to be announced this week.

Jack Harrison had an impressive season last year for Leeds United, and the 25-year-old has hinted that he would be open to leaving Elland Road in search of a new opportunity. Having emerged through the USA playing for New York City FC as a part of Major League Soccer, Man City brought the the then 20-year-old back to England, and Harrison spent three years on loan with Leeds. Since then, Harrison has been one of the club's most consistent performers. It is understood that Newcastle are willing to match the reported £24 million transfer fee for the player.

Moussa Diaby is another player that has caught the eye of Eddie Howe. The 5 foot 7 winger has been an almost ever present since joining Bayer Leverkusen from PSG in 2019. With 22 goals in 92 Bundesliga games, Diaby has provided an excellent return on the 7 million euros spent.

Diaby is currently a the full France international, appearing 8 times for the club's national team.

It is understood that Newcastle have made signing both Diaby and Harrison their primary obligation before the transfer window slams shut in August.
