Man Utd to swoop for Bundesliga striker?

Manchester United are prepared to make an approach for Stuttgart striker Sasa Kalajdzic, according to The Daily Mail.

The Red Devils are currently uncertain over the future of Cristiano Ronaldo, who is keen on playing Champions League football.

The Portuguese star has his sights on leaving the Red Devils, and there are suggestions that he could push for an exit soon.

Amidst this, The Mail report that the club are considering a move for Kalajdzic, who is highly-rated in the Bundesliga.

The 25-year-old bagged 16 goals in the 2020/21 season, but managed just six last term following a long-term shoulder injury.

Despite this, he is highly rated for his strong aerial presence. The Austrian has netted 50 per cent of his goals with his head.

With just 11 months remaining on his contract, Stuttgart are prepared to part ways with him if they receive around £17 million.

United could swoop for his services in the coming days if they get the green light from manager Erik ten Hag for the transfer.
