Arsenal to make late swoop for French winger?
Arsenal could make a late swoop to sign Bayer Leverkusen winger Moussa Diaby, according to football.london.
The Gunners were heavily linked with Raphinha at the beginning of the summer, but the Brazilian chose to join Barcelona instead.
The north London club have not pursued an alternative winger since, but it is claimed that they could make a late push to land Diaby.
Diaby had a fantastic 2021/22 campaign with Leverkusen, bagging 17 goals and 14 assists from 42 appearances across all competitions.
He could be prised away for £60m, but the Gunners could face competition from the Red Devils for the Paris Saint-Germain graduate.
United boss Erik ten Hag has Diaby in his wanted list after being priced out of a move for Antony. Ajax want a staggering £84m for him.
The Red Devils are monitoring different targets unlike the Gunners, but they could enter a bidding battle towards the end of the transfer window.
Diaby is said to welcome a move to the Premier League. He has also been linked with Newcastle United, who are eyeing marquee signings.
