Fulham interested in signing Arsenal flop?
Fulham are planning a shock deal for former Arsenal flop Willian, according to The Mirror.
The Brazilian joined the Gunners on a free transfer from Chelsea in the summer of 2020, but he had a dreadful debut campaign.
Willian bagged just one goal and seven assists from 37 outings. At the end of the season, he decided to voluntarily terminate his contract.
The 33-year-old went on to join Corinthians, but he has been equally poor for them with just one goal and four assists from 35 outings.
According to The Mirror, the Cottagers are now keen on luring Willian back to the Premier League with Marco Silva eyeing more experience.
Willian has looked out of sorts over the past two campaigns, but Silva is prepared to offer him the chance to return to English top-flight football.
Fulham made a tremendous return to the Premier League earlier today as they held Liverpool to a 2-2 draw in front of their home fans.
