Man Utd to swap Wan-Bissaka for Barcelona star?
Manchester United have entered negotiations with Barcelona over a potential swap deal before the deadline.
The Red Devils want to sign a new right-back in the coming days and Sergino Dest has been earmarked as the top target.
Erik ten Hag managed him for his debut season at former club Ajax, and he has given the approval to reunite with the player.
According to Sport, United have now opened talks with Barcelona over a swap deal for Dest. Wan-Bissaka could move the other way.
It is added that the Catalan giants may accept the proposal on loan. They are currently not in a position to play a transfer fee.
Dest is currently valued at around €18 million by Barcelona while United have set an asking price of €25m for Wan-Bissaka.
Aside from Dest, United are also keeping tabs on Barcelona's attacking duo Memphis Depay and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
In the event of Cristiano Ronaldo leaving the club, they could move for either of them before the current transfer window closes.
