Jurgen Klopp confirms fresh Liverpool injury blow
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed a fresh injury blow ahead of the Champions League meeting against Ajax tomorrow.
The Merseyside giants have been hampered by several injury concerns, and Klopp has now revealed that Andrew Robertson will be sidelined.
The Scotland international picked up an injury during the final stages of the Napoli game, and he won't return to action this month.
Speaking to reporters, Klopp said: "Robbo now is not 100 per cent.Very late, 93rd or whatever minute - actually he felt it the next day only."
"But yeah, he is out for at least, I would say, after the international break."
Liverpool have made a poor start to the current campaign. They are currently languishing seventh in the league with just nine points.
Meanwhile, they were completely dominated by Napoli in a 4-1 Champions League win last week. They now face another test against Ajax.
The Reds have the home advantage for the game, and Klopp will be hoping that his team can turn up with a strong display and three points.
