AC Milan want to sign emerging Chelsea graduate
AC Milan are looking into signing Chelsea striker Armando Broja, according to Calciomercato.
The Rossoneri are braced for Zlatan Ibrahimovic's retirement next summer, and want a young replacement in place.
Broja has been identified as the top target, and it is claimed that a fee of around €35m could see him leave the Blues.
The Albanian was determined to join West Ham United this summer, but the Blues hierarchy decided to block his departure.
He has since signed a new long-term contract, but Milan believe they can still lure him by using Rafael Leao as leverage.
The London giants were determined to land Leao from the Rossoneri on deadline day, but were put off by the demands.
Calciomercato claim that the Rossoneri would also be open to selling Leao to Chelsea if Broja is included as a makeweight.
Broja has yet to make his full Premier League debut for Chelsea, but that is likely to change under new manager Graham Potter.
