Predicted Man Utd line-up against Omonia

Manchester United travel to Cyprus for today's Europa League game against Omonia Nicosia.

The Red Devils suffered a humiliating 6-3 Premier League loss to Manchester City last weekend.

The United players will be aiming to redeem themselves when they face Neil Lennon's side.

Predicted Line-up:

David de Gea has played every minute for United so far, but could be rested with summer signing Martin Dubravka getting his debut in goal.

Diogo Dalot is expected to continue at right-back with Aaron Wan-Bissaka injured. Victor Lindelof looks set to partner Lisandro Martinez in central defence with Harry Maguire and Raphael Varane carrying injuries of their own. Luke Shaw should get the nod over Tyrell Malacia at left-back.

Scott McTominay and Christian Eriksen have been the regular midfield duo under Ten Hag, but they could be rested. Casemiro has been restricted to cameos since his big-money move from Real Madrid and should be handed the chance to prove himself. Fred is likely to accompany him in midfield.

There could be a couple of changes in the final third. Antony has played the least when compared to Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford this term, having arrived late from Ajax. He should continue from his preferred right-wing position.

Anthony Martial could be set for his maiden start of the campaign after overcoming an Achilles injury. The Frenchman should feature on the left wing with Bruno Fernandes occupying his regular position as the attacking midfielder.

Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to lead the line. He was an unused substitute for the Manchester derby, and should be handed a full 90 minutes against Omonia. He has a point to prove, having yet to score from open play for United this term.

Predicted Man Utd line-up (4-2-3-1): De Gea; Dalot, Lindelof, Martinez, Shaw; Fred, Casemiro; Antony, Fernandes, Martial; Ronaldo.
