Crystal Palace star wants to join Liverpool

Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha would be interested in joining Liverpool during the January transfer window.

The Ivory Coast international has been a key player for the Eagles over the years but this could be his final campaign with them.

His current contract expires at the end of the season and Zaha has shown no intention of putting pen-to-paper on a fresh renewal.

Amidst this, Calciomercato claim that Zaha is fond of Liverpool and he would like the prospect of working with manager Jurgen Klopp.

It remains to be seen whether the Merseyside giants will move for him.

The Reds' recent transfer policy has lied on pursuing young and upcoming talents. Zaha may not be a suitable option for them.

Whether they are interested or not, the 30-year-old should receive plenty of contract offers next summer particularly as a free-agent.

He has the dream of playing in the Champions League and only time will tell whether his long-term desire will be fulfilled.
