Arsenal to swoop for former Chelsea striker?
Arsenal could make a fresh approach to sign former Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham next summer, according to 90min.
The Gunners wanted to sign the England star from the Blues in the summer of 2021, but they were beaten to his services by Roma.
He had a good debut season with 27 goals to his name, but has struggled this term with only four goals from 20 appearances so far.
It is now reported that the Serie A outfit could be prepared to sell him next summer with Jose Mourinho frustrated over his displays.
The Gunners remain interested in him despite his inconsistent form and it remains to be seen whether they meet the asking price.
Roma bought him from the Blues for €40m. The London side have the option to re-sign him for €80m at the end of this season.
The Gunners may need to pay somewhere in the middle (€60m) in order to prise away the 25-year-old striker from the Giallorossi.
