Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of season restart

Arsenal have suffered a huge injury blow ahead of their season restart, according to Globo Esporte.
The north London giants are currently top of the Premier League standings with 37 points, five clear of second-placed Manchester City.
They have a good chance of ending their 18-year wait for the English crown, but it would take a humongous effort to sustain their challenge.
Amidst this, they have suffered an untimely blow. Jesus picked up a knee injury playing for Brazil and he has now been ruled out for a month.
This will effectively rule him out of the West Ham United and Brighton & Hove Albion games this year. His fitness will need to be assessed.
There are no guarantees at the moment that he could be 100 per cent fit for the opening game of the New Year against Newcastle United at home.
In his absence, Eddie Nketiah has a big job ahead. The Gunners graduate has the chance to step up and prove his credentials as the main striker.
